Welcome to the Wonder Call website.
Whilst we probably dislike this legal stuff just as much as you do, it is important to establish a few terms and conditions under which you visit and use the Website and purchase our goods and services, we also need to grant you a licence to download our intellectual property, but we will try to make it as plain, simple, and painless as we can.
In these Terms of Use
intellectual property means patents, copyright, trademarks, service marks, trade, business and domain names, rights in trade dress or get-up, rights in goodwill, unfair competition rights, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, topography rights, moral rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets), rights to inventions and utility models, rights to sue; in the design, images, graphics, text, source code, scripts and software
'Website' (when used with a capitalised initial letter) refers to www.wondercalls.co.uk
'we', 'us', or 'our' refers to INNOVATION 13 LIMITED. A company incorporated in England with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE and a company registration number of 16606645.
'Wonder Calls' are AI generated telephone calls in the voice of a selected character to a designated telephone number provided, for the duration of 1 or more tokens as specified on the Website.
'you' or 'your' refers to you, the visitor to the Website.
Terms and Conditions
- a) do anything that would be unlawful or not permitted within the Website Terms of Use or licence to use our intellectual property;
- b) impersonate any person or entity;
- c) make any false statements or misrepresentations (including during the registration process);
- d) infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of privacy or other proprietary rights of any party;
- e) acquire or attempt to acquire any details of any other registered user;
- f) harass, bully or cause distress to another user of the Website or any of our employees;
- g) access or attempt to access another user's account.
- a) You can cancel and reschedule a booked Wonder Call at anytime up to 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
- b) If a Wonder Call does not occur at the scheduled time for any reason, including (but not limited to) the call is not answered, or an error on our part whether technical or otherwise, you will need to reschedule the call in your account.
- c) Unused tokens can be used at any rescheduled time or for a different character than was originally booked.
- a) republish, redistribute, reproduce, duplicate, copy, translate, transmit, broadcast, sell, rent, sub-licence;
- b) use, publish, copy, frame or embed on other websites, apps, or any other distributable media;
- c) use for a commercial purpose;
- d) attempt to edit, modify, amend, disassemble, decompile;
- e) conduct any data collection (whether automated or not) including but not limited to data scraping, data mining, data extracting and data harvesting:
- f) use or access the Website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or its hosting servers or networks;
- g) use or access the Website in any way that impairs or interferes with of the availability or accessibility of the Website;
- h) use or access the Website in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or for a harmful purpose or activity;
- i) disrupt the normal flow of data in a manner that negatively affects or otherwise diminishes the quality of another user's experience of this Website;
- j) upload, transmit or link to software viruses or any other malicious computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer, device, software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- a) your access to the Website is provided free-of-charge (notwithstanding that your connection to the internet is subject to fees from your internet service provider) and if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Website then your sole and exclusive remedy is the discontinuation of your use of the Website;

- c) technology and equipment can function incorrectly or fail to function at all, the operation and availability of the Website or the flow of data may be interrupted, interfered with, damaged, or become corrupt beyond our reasonable control;
- d) the transmission of data through the internet is inherently insecure, we will use every reasonable endeavour to ensure the integrity and security of the Website and equipment but cannot guarantee that the Website has not been accessed or interfered with by a third party or malicious software or that the data you receive or send has not been misrouted. You should provide your own security software on the device you use the access the Website and the compatibility, effectiveness and updating of that software is your sole responsibility;
- e) access to the Website may also be limited, restricted, or denied as a result of a Force Majeure event (beyond our reasonable control), including but not limited to adverse weather, war, terrorism, strikes, fires, floods, pandemics, epidemics, governmental restrictions, power or network failures, failure of suppliers, sub-contractors, or carriers;
- f) we do not know the software or apps that are installed on the device you use to access the Website and we are not able to guarantee that the Website is compatible with any third party scripts, code, software, or apps that you upload or install on your device.
